Meet Max

Max is a German Shepherd puppy who belongs to my 12 year old daughter. While my daughter is in school he spends his days working at the studio to help pay his rather significant food bill! Yes he really does work here. He is currently in training to be an assistant during kid's sessions. He does all the work of getting smiles with the cute tricks he's learning and I just have to push the button! Ok, he is just starting to learn a couple of tricks, but he's super intelligent and in no time he'll be doing all kinds of fun things. He's a sweetheart and he's great with kids and babies. (If your kids are afraid of dogs, let me know and we will make sure Max stays out of sight where they won't know he's here.)

Max is perfect for the job in many ways. He loves to play outside and is full of energy when we go out for our walks, but he is quiet and relaxed indoors. German Shepherds are working dogs and are happiest when they have a job to do. They are very versatile and to quote the experts, have "near human intelligence." Max still has the puppy playfulness but he knows he has to be gentle around people, especially little people.

Max's job is simple, to make people of all ages smile; those genuine, natural smiles that make amazing portraits! If you and your kids would like to be part of Max's on the job learning, call 585-7338 to see what kind of special offers Max has for you.

Max is five months old at the time I created his page (Feb. 2011.) Here are his first studio portraits. I'll be adding more images and videos as he learns his job.
